Rachel Harrison, LCPC, NCC

Founder & Clinical Director

I talk to people everyday who are facing difficult challenges in life, both past and present. If this is you, I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and work together to create a plan for therapy that will lead to feeling better and to the resolution of your past difficulties. I offer individual and family therapy to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. I specialize in EMDR Therapy, the integration of spirituality and psychology, and those touched by the circle of adoption. In addition, I am a
Neurofeedback practitioner.
Treating trauma is my specialty both for children and adults. I often use EMDR therapy, which I have found to work very well for many clients and it is a research based therapy. Currently, I am an approved consultant and trainer in EMDR Therapy. I also offer Alpha-Stim treatment.
I specialize in working with those who have been touched by the circle of adoption, including individuals who have been adopted, adoptive families, and birth families. Each of these groups require specific knowledge and treatment to obtain effective results. In addition, I periodically offer groups for adoptive moms.
