Alpha-Stim is an electromedical treatment for Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, and Pain that can be used either with or without traditional medications. It is a focused 12- week treatment program and works best with the cumulative effect of the treatment.  This therapy can be used in conjunction with psychotherapy, to prepare for psychotherapy or without psychotherapy.  Here are some of the benefits:

Here is the process for treatment:

1.  Consultation to see if this treatment would be appropriate for you.  In this session, you may also have a trial experience with Alpha-Stim to see if it is right for you.

2.  Set up treatment with Alpha-Stim by scheduling an appointment to use the Alpha-Stim. After the initial use appointment, you may also purchase a device for personal use outside of your therapy sessions.  You can discuss this option with your therapist.

3.  Regular check-ins will be scheduled with your prescribing therapist.  These differ in length of time based on the involvement of another therapist or individual needs.

4.  At the end of 12 weeks, if treatment has been regular, it will be complete and you can use Alpha-Stim on an as needed basis.
